Making fresh food at home in one of my passions. I am particularly fascinated by the cheese-making process, by its beauty and magic. I am a designer and work with ceramics and food design. I make porcelain molds that create different shapes on the cheese. My research is around what homemade cheese in a city can become. I enjoy sharing with people from different countries, I have lived in five countries which makes me attracted to international environments. I have lived in the Netherlands for twelve years and I live in the Old West neighborhood in Amsterdam. It is a beautiful, calm and at the same time a trendy place to be, my favorite in the city. Here I live with my partner and my two daughters.
