This morning we'll head to Assisi to visit the old town and the Franciscan places: Basilica di San Francesco, Chiesa di Santa Chiara, Piazza del Comune, Cattedrale di San Rufino. After the visit of Assisi, we'll visit a renowned oil mill where we'll learn about the production process of olive oil, from cultivation, to harvesting, pressing and usage, and we will taste it. Later, we'll have a delicious Umbrian lunch at a restaurant, drinks included. In the afternoon we'll visit the nature surrounding Assisi and Mount Subasio by quad.
