I'm Tomislav, 35 years old olive oil expert :) As an owner of an oil mill in Vodice called Sv. Ivan, and a few big olive groves, through lots of tasting, cooking and may I say living for the olives and from the olives I've managed to learn all that is about olive oil. My family runs the business for years, we produce our olive oil and we have our own brand. Therefore I decided to set up a tasting room with a small shop in order to familiar visitors with our business, teach them little bit about olive oil and and give them a possibility to taste some exquisite local products. Through this process I will be assisted by my lovely wife Helena as a co- host and together we will give our best to give you an unforgettable experience.

Relax and enjoy a breathtaking cruise through the beautiful islands of Dalmatia. The only way to experience the islands is onboard your own sailing catamaran. Our catamaran is very spacious with ample room to lay out on the deck or take some shade from the midday sun in the aft cockpit. We take a maximum of 10 guests. This experience requires a minimum number of travellers, 6 minimum, and 10 maximum. If it’s cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund. Your professional crew, Toni and Maggie prepare a delicious lunch once we drop the anchor. Everything's included with complimentary drinks throughout the day. A day on the water to remember forever.

You will stumble across, uncover and experience: Café culture, appetizer which was served on the coronation of Queen Elisabeth II, Balkan hamburger, local grape which you can see in the UN building in NY, white wine which locals used to pay their debt to the Venetians, Mediterranean Garden in old town, open air market, a cappella groups, medieval air-conditioning, sweet fritters, donkey races, anti-aristocratic revolt, cooking “bell”, medieval food market, animal rights in the Middle Ages, medieval cloth measurer, Mediterranean herbs, a mix of white wine and soda water or red wine and still water, olive oil currency, to understand why locals washing olives with the sea water, baked filled pastries which you can find in the cuisines of the former Ottoman Empire, summer homes of Sibenik noblemen, basketball Mozart, Brangelina divorce, shell fish farms, and numerous other things along the way. I will probably also mention the plague of Sibenik 1649 quite a bit too.

The rocky islets, secluded bays, and island beaches of the Kornati Islands National Park lie just off the coast of Vodice. On this full-day cruise, you’ll have time to explore the many islands of the national park, as well as visiting the Telascica Nature Park. Admire the dramatic Kornati Cliffs from the water, spot landmarks such as Our Lady of Tarac Church and Tureta fortress, and stop to swim at Telascica lake.

There's plenty of time to cool off in the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic and enjoy the variety of watersports on board, including snorkelling equipment, a kayak, paddleboards and a high-speed rib with waterskis and a donut.
