  • In our boats all tables now have table numbers. Guests will receive a table number when getting on board. The tables in the back of the boat will be placed first.
  • When departing the boat, guests on the tables in the front of the boat will need to depart first.
  • Guests need to remain seated during the canal cruise and are not allowed to walk through the boat.
  • Earplugs and empty F&B packaging needs to be taken off board by the guests themselves.
  • Boats will be cleaned after every canal cruise.

There was no introduction when you got on the boat and you had to guess about the headphones. The headphone sockets were old and worked occasionally throughout. The staff were being loud and obnoxious with other customers in the back by the table next to us. The heating was right by the window where you sit and there is a large fixed table between the seats so I had no room to breath! The windows did not open either. It was a very uncomfortable 1.5hrs, I would not recommend it.

Went on this wonderful cruise last week. It was amazing, we had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The refreshments on board were reasonably price and lovely. I would highly recommend this cruise.
