Best ATV Tour, Five Ziplines and Cenote Swim with Lunch and Transport Included

This was AWESOME!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this. It was fun for me (47 yo F), my 27 yo daughter and her fiancé said it was the highlight of our trip so far, and my young children ages 7 and 9 also loved it. It was great for all ages! I’ll start with the only negative which turned into a positive: we were originally booked for an 8:30am pickup and they changed it to 7:30am the night before. I was dreading the change and getting up earlier but it was the best outcome because we were the first group there. I highly recommend going earlier; Our group ended up being private which meant we had zero waiting and we experienced the ATV, Zip Lining, and Cenote Swimming in that order which meant we were able to cool off and clean off before lunch. The ATVs were fun, the Zip lining was awesome, and the cenote was beautiful and we had it all to ourselves the first 20 minutes. The photographer was awesome! She was with us through all of the experience and the pictures were beautiful. I bought the entire package and they are worth it. Our guide was Gaby and our secondary guide was Carlos. Both were extremely nice, fun, helpful, and had excellent customer service. After the cenote we went to a tequila tasting and learned the Mexican version of “cheers” before having excellent tacos made from an authentic, cooked in-ground, Mayan recipe. There was nothing I can say that wasn’t part of a great experience that day. Being that it was January it never got too hot and there were no mosquitoes, but I can see that would be worse in hotter months. However they give you chilled bottled water and there are sodas and gaterade to purchase at any time you’re there. There’s bathrooms and lockers. They thought of everything to make the experience the best. I’ve also seen some comments about not bringing your phone with you. While that’s true; they recommend not having your phone with you, it’s less about the up charge for the professional photos than it is about wanting you to get the full experience, and safety on the ATVs and Zip Lines. And to keep the excursion going and not having other people in your group waiting on you. The price of the experience being so low With food and transportation included really compensated for the price of the pictures and one price they’ll give everyone in your party an air drop straight to your phones (so make sure there’s room because there’s hundreds of them and you won’t be disappointed). Also I want to add with Covid they’ve taken extra precautions: all of the helmets are lined with personal paper and the gloves for zip lining have personal disposable gloves to wear underneath them. Please please don’t miss this experience. It was a fun day for all of us and they were great!! Thanks again Gaby and Carlos for a great experience we’ll remember a lifetime!!!

My experience here was great, adventurous and so much fun. Mary our tour guide was awesome! She was engaged with our group from beginning to end. The tequila tasting and details was very informative. I learned something new and it was very interesting.

The staff there was amazing and kept us entertained the entire time. Tequila tasting was a very cool experience as well. Definitely worth the money!

Meal was not included atv ride was 15 minutes long there was only 4 zip lines and they were 10 seconds long each and the staff was not helpful

The zip lining and tequila were our favorite. The canote was absolutely beautiful! Our guide was personable and knowledgeable about Mayan/Mexican history. The atv ride was boring, we only went in circles so that we could take pictures. I wish we could have actually taken a ride to see the jungle.

Very long bus ride to pick everyone up. Spent 2 hours in bus. When we got there we sat and waiting for about 45 minutes. We rode non maintained atvs for about 20 minutes. The atvs kept dying would not stay running. And we went down the same small patch a couple times. Then we did the denote swim which was very very crowded, and could only stay 30 minutes. And the zip lines were maybe 50 feet long and not very tall. Lasted about 10 minutes. We spent a 7 hours on this excursion and did maybe 1.5 hours of stuff. I will not purchase this package again, the description of this package is very misleading.

Zip line was fun and cenote was beautiful. Atv were okay, just go twice around a little track. Thought we would get to adventure into the jungle. They up charge you for everything. Lunch is at 5pm not lunch time. Wayyyyy too much time waiting around doing nothing. The van ride there and back took way too long having to pick up and drop off all the groups. Would not do this again. 4 hour tour took about 7.5 hours in total. Way too expensive for what this was.

I’ve taken this tour before, so I know the potential of what it could be. I understand COVID made thinga hard for ALL of us, but they made us wait for hours after a 2 hour drive to the location. Then rushed us through the activities is a shorter amount of time with no consideration for water breaks or food. Then tried to force selling photos/ extra costs down our throats. They have devalued the whole experience from what it used to be, which is pity!

The guides were amazing. Had a blast. Definitely would recommend well worth the money. Guides did a great job

Loves the entire experience! I do wish we had a little more range with the ATV portion but the drive was fun nonetheless. Great leaders and group so it was a lot of fun.
