Not Worth It

I expected more from this tour. The first stop was in a town & I thought it was a stop at a river. So there was nothing to do for the 30 mins we were there. Then, we went up Arapaho Forrest & we stopped at 1 spot. While it was a beautiful spot, that’s all we got. Literally 1 & hiked up to the guest shop that didn’t have working toilets or AC. That was the tour. There were other places we could have stopped but the tour guide didn’t stop at any other places. There are recommended stops as you go up & can see other cars there but again, we stopped nowhere else. And she was driving so fast that it made me dizzy & I felt unsafe. It was so bad that a truck in front of her pulled over so she could pass. The last place she took us had the grossest bathrooms I’ve ever seen. Literally disgusting. I think we would’ve had a better experience driving ourselves. This isn’t worth the costs

Hi Alisha, I'm sorry to hear that we fell short of your expectations. It's reviews like this that help us better ourselves, and we appreciate your honesty. It's never our intention to make our guests feel uncomfortable while traveling, and we're looking into this now. I do also apologize about the National Forest restrooms, although we do not have any control over their facilities we can do a better job mentally preparing our guests in the future. Please feel free giving us a call if you would like to discuss further. Best, Aspire Tours.

Hi Donna! Sorry to hear that the restroom situation wasn't ideal, but I'm glad that it didn't put too big a damper on your day with Elsa!

Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very good about communicating where we were going and pointing out things along the way. He also volunteered to take pictures for us. The hike around Echo Lake is a fairly flat, easy walk. But, if you are not used to the elevation it may be more exhausting than you expect.

Quick Mountain Escape

I would recommend this tour if you only have a short stay in Denver and prefer not to spend an entire day out. I was in Denver for the weekend which was my first visit to Colorado. I only wanted pictures of mountains and to enjoy the scenery without being out all day. The stops along the tour were nice, Echo Lake, Clear Creek Canyon, and Idaho Springs. The tour guide Troy was nice!

The two easy hikes were just what we needed for the time we had. Mike, our guide, was very informative and welcomed our questions. After the tour, we ate at one of the lunch places he recommended near the station. Then it was great.
