It was a good time with the instructor as she was very kind and friendly which made everyone feel comfortable. She had helpful hints on snorkelling which was amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t see much, but by enjoyed swimming. But I believe the skipper of the boat was rude and uninformative.

We are very sorry to hear that you didn't have a great experience with us. Sometimes when working in nature it can be tricky to find the best options for snorkel sites due to weather, tides and other restrictions. I would say these restrictions were playing on the mind of the skipper that day and this is why he may have come across this way.
If you come back to Exmouth at any time in the future, please give us a call and remind us of your previous trip. We will be happy to make it up to you and make sure you get to see some of the most beautiful sites the Ningaloo has to offer.

We had two great snorkels, and the team moved the boat to avoid a swarm of jellyfish so that we could still get both in. Add in a cruise around turtle spotting and you have a fabulous afternoon! Janine's photos were also fabulous.

The crew were fabulous, the fish in abundance and the turtles were swimming. We had two different snorkel locations and there were lovely snacks too. Sitting on the front of the boat past the ship wreck was lovely too. Highly recommend this trip

Absolutely one of the best days of our holiday, Janine and Co Co were so friendly and the best tour guides we could ever have asked for. The marine life was amazing ! we saw it all turtles, reef sharks lots of different species of fish and to top it off dolphins to finish the tour perfectly.
Just to add to best experience ever we also saw a 3.5 metre Tiger shark while on the tour.

What a fantastic afternoon exploring the coral and sea life off Ningaloo. Our guide Janine knew the homes of a few different sea creatures so she was able to take us to them. Janine captured some brilliant photos which were well worth the small extra payment.
We cruised out to another spot and saw lots of turtles and even a dugong. Was a bit disappointing to not be able to actually get in with the turtles, but there were certainly plenty to see from the boat.
We were very happy without adventure and would definitely go again.
