Viator Grand Canyon Tour

Really was a long dusty, bumpy ride. It would have been very nice to let us know where we might be able to access restaurants. Also, how to proceed through the check in lines. We just followed everyone else like sheep.
Beautiful once we got there. Bad instructions to get there.🤬

So when I was searching for the location to enter into the navigation your site says to enter Grand Canyon West Peach Springs. As it turns out there is a Peach Springs 1 1/2 hours further away from Vegas and when we got there we realized that was not the proper place. This resulted in an 9 hr round trip and an unhappy family. I should have entered Skywalk into the navigation. My bad but you guys should change the wording. It was a beautiful ride however
Viator the worst company to do business with. They stole 300 dollars from my family. 0

You stole my money when I never went to grand canyon. I paid 300 dollars at 9 pm the night before than the next day when I found out it was 3 and a half hour drive from Phoenix which I couldn't make. So I called to cancel and first I got the run around and then I couldn't get my money back. You stole 300 dollars from me for no service rendered at all.
A wonderful experience

I loved grand canyon west. The view was absolutely stunning, especially at Guano Peak! Climbing the large rock there and getting pictures was worth every cent of ticket price. The only thing that wasn't the best was the skywalk itself. It was more crowded than I would have liked, and you weren't able to take pictures (understandable, honestly). It also felt very short (If you want the same thrill of being up high, just safely get a bit closer to the edge of the Canyon, or if you're able to, climb up the rock formation at Guano Peak, or hike along their short trail there). But after the Skywalk, we were able to listen to some native music, which was absolutely beautiful. Overall, it's absolutely beautiful, and I look forward to future trips here!

Be specific with your photographer.

Some photographers are better than others. Ours was inexperienced and trying to move us through the line as fast as possible. Our photos were horrible - we were looking into the sun. I had to ask to turn the other direction. We only received 4 photos while other families had 16+ to choose from. One of those photos didn’t have our 2nd child in it.
The address to them...

The address to them location was not very good as, Grand Canyon West, Peach Springs took us an hour and half past actual site. Signs with directions were sparce, but once got there was beautiful.
Amazing views...accessibility great .

Guano Point was the most beautiful. All the shuttle drivers were amazing and great with helping me as a disabled person using a wheel chair. Very accessible and staff very kind and helpful. Was a great experience.

Skip Grand Canyon West

Comparing to the real Grand Canyon National Park, Grand Canyon West feels like a scam, costing $59 per person ($118 for us versus $20 per vehicle at the real Grand Canyon). You're not allowed to take pictures except through their paid photographer. The canyon view is nothing comparing to the real Grand Canyon. The only good thing is supporting the local Indian tribe who manages (owns?) the place.

I purchased tickets for the Skywalk and lunch. The Skywalk was amazing - great photographer, lunch was very good, much more than I expected. Great bus service. The second site was breathtaking. Overall fantastic. 2 teen grandsons loved it!
