Just took a ride up to the top Of the mountain. All good and Christian, our driver/guide, was terrific and very helpful in giving us a map and suggested route for our bush walk back to town (via the Cascade brewery).

We had David as our driver, he was friendly and informative. 30min to walk around the top to take photos was enough in windy conditions. We were going to take the Zigzag track back down to Fern Tree but David recommend starting from The Chalet which half the bus need up doing. It was an easy walk and beautiful scenery. From there we hopped back on the bus and came back to Hobart. Definitely recommend doing this trip
