Tour operator put my group on the wrong bus for our tour of faster than skip the line Vatican . Drove to a gas station for coffe and doughnuts! Bus was going to the collesium!, dropped us off and we had to get 4 taxis to get to our tour. We missed. It!

Sir , there was only one bus and that is were you were assigned .The itinerary is not flexible it includes a ride to rome and back at the end of the day .We cannot drop you off at the Vtaican if the schedule indicates you will be dropped off at the Colosseum . Please understand . The driver made a stop at the gas station to allow passengers to use the restroom.We tried to accomodate you allowing you to get off at the taxi stand in Rome so you could catch a taxi and go to the Vatican .I am sorry but if you book a shared experience you cannot expect personal service .

Tour bus was very clean and driver was very good. The WiFI was not reliable but most bus WiFi are not so that was expected. We booked the round-trip transfer-only to/from Rome and Cruise port with hopes of getting "around 6 hours of free time". Tickets instructed us to arrive 10 mines early for a 7:30am departure. We showed up on time and still have wait over 40-45 minutes because other passengers were late. Some people left to take a taxi just to make it in time for their tour in Rome. We ended up leaving without the other passengers and didn't arrive in Rome until around 11am. We were told to meet back at 3:30pm which came out to about 4.5 hours of free time. Furthermore, you share the bus with other tour groups (walking-only tour) which made the logistics even more messy.

Hello , we apologize if you did not have a full 6 hours in Rome . We did leave late from the port but we wanted everyone to experience the tour . We waited over an hour for the rest of the group. Our ticket said 0800 and it did not leave until.0830 and a group of 10 was late. Do not recommend it for transfer to rome.
