Don’t book through Viator unless it’s Sunny

There was a 50 min wait and once got close to the front to go up the elevator, they shut the observation deck and turned us around due to rain. Since our tickets were bought through Viator, they would not refund and Viator can’t refund unless they approve. They said since they scanned our tickets they couldn’t refund. Money and time wasted.

The elevator Broke down and we were up there for over 2 and a 1/2 hours We have to wait for all the people that were already up on top of the tower that means the line was wrapped around twice in we were on the 3rd

Standing at the bottom of the tower it looks so large. Then you get on the elevator and it takes you 46 stories in the air to some of the most spectacular views of Las Vegas. I would recommend when you are in Vegas to do this.
