Had a lot of fun. Pilot Chris was cool. Recommend at night. So pretty. Beautiful views of the city at night. Highly recommend doing it at least once. Do wish the flight was bit longer. Even doing the round twice around the strip.

Descent
Phil_S
, Jul 2021
Overall a descent experience. The driver was prompt to pick us up. Pilot was great. At the heliport lounge the staff seemed overwhelmed with their paper-based ticketing system. 10 agents behind the counter, all head-down frantically consumed with trying to sort out passengers & paper tickets. Be sure to get a seat on left side of aircraft if you want to see the Strip. We sat on right side and unable to get a good view since aircraft circled strip counter-clockwise. After flight, we were told to see the same shuttle driver for return trip to our hotel. When we got on shuttle van the driver said we needed to ask desk for a different driver since he was no longer our driver. We returned to the lobby where we were assured he was our driver. After asking the agent to come speak with the driver it finally got worked out. There’s a need to leadership on the ground. It’s clear there wasn’t any.

Terrible ruined my 21st birthday

Terrible !!!!!!! The pickup spot was most confusing and the communication wasn’t the best. Made we walk around asking people for directions because they couldn’t provide them to me. Just to tell me the driver has to leave after hearing me run around on the phone for five minutes. I asked for a refund and they told me that they couldn’t provide that. They gave me an option to drive there but it would’ve costed a good amount for an Uber. Absolutely disappointed and sad about this. I was waiting outside for 20 minutes before pickup time waiting to hear from them. No email or phone call until 1 minute before the pickup time. Seemed very suspicious. I wish I could provide a screenshot to prove my side of the story. Was looking forward to this very much.
