Je me suis fait totalement ARNAQUÉE par VIATOR. J'ai payé 184.63 dollars canadien pour une sortie de 3 heures qui en aurai tout au plus 40. Les artisans et les guides à vélos ont été ok pour un 3 heures.
Je m'attendais à une journée complète avec l'artisan de Pâpier Mâché, je suis resté tout au plus 45 minutes dans son atelier. Déçue n'est pas le mot. En colère, je suis. J'ai tenté à plusieurs reprises d'entrer en contact avec VIATOR pour annuler la sortie et je n'ai eu aucun retour de leur part. Si je recommande une chose c'est de faire affaire directement avec les gens de la place à Lecce, VéloService. Ils sont gentils courtois honnête et et vous aurez plein contrôle de ce que vous voulez et ce que vous aurez. Vous serez satisfait. VIATOR est un intermédiaire qui se prends une grosse cote et ne fait aucun suivi sur les services qu'ils proposent.
