We had a great time on our Phillip island trip. It was truly amazing seeing 1000+ penguins emerge from the ocean and come onto land. Also our tour guide (Fred G.) was awesome and I wish we would have had time to do more tours with him. Only negative is that you aren't to take pictures. I wish they would have something at least where an approved person took pictures to have more mementos of the trip.

Once in a life time experience

The tour was wonderful and so is our guide, Fred. Fred is the most nicest tour guide ever, being so knowledgeable and funny. He kept everyone safe, happy, and entertained throughout the whole trip. In Moonlit Sanctuary, we got to feed and to pet the “free range” kangaroos and wallabies. The penguin parade was a once in a lifetime experience, we were so happy and blessed to get to see it. The penguin + is recommended, it provides an area just a few feet away from where waddles of penguins come back up from the Ocean after a long day. This tour is really amazing!

Hi Tom, you wrote this on the way to Moonlit that takes one hour. Two years of lockdowns and we are finally able to work and show our beautiful state to tourist from Australia and around the world. You may not know how bad it is for us as a business to receive a two star review. To make it worse the negative review is based on the guide talking more than you wish he did. Maybe an Uber would have been a better option for you. The disappointment I feel right now in your attitude is hard to express, have a good day.

This really is a great experience. We got picked up in a fully air conditioned minibus at the time advertised buy our tour guide Sebastian who was very knowledgeable and caring and looked after our needs throughout the journey. We also went various places en-route to the Penguin Parade and had delicious dinner at the town. Penguin parade was just magical and experience of a lifetime. We will definitely come back.

The island has stunning views and the penguin show is an extraordinary experience as they are in freedom. The visit to Moonlight sanctuary was brief but worth it, I could see all the australian fauna.

Nothing was wrong with the locations we went to. They were wonderful. The driver was the problem. He was very nice and personable, but he drove like a crazy person. He almost got into a few accidents, got honked at 3 times and drove way too fast. At one point, someone in the van told him to slow down. He would also check his cell phone while driving which is illegal where I'm from. My entire family was nervous with him behind the wheel.
