• Please be aware also that on the busiest days
• in July and August, we try to buy up skip the queue tickets a week in advance wherever possible but we cannot always buy enough tickets
• so if you book us at short notice, you may actually end up having to queue to enter.
• These tours MUST START ON TIME as we prebook fixed entry times!
• Please arrive 5 minutes early for your tour at our meeting point.
• If you arrive more than 5 minutes later than the scheduled tour, then you will likely forfeit and lose your booking as it interrupts the guide and other customers, if we are trying to find you after a guide has started and left the meeting point.
• IMPORTANT NOTICE IN CASE OF UNFORESEEN PARTIAL OF FULL CLOSURES:
• We do publish known Christchurch closures on this website page & we will advise of any closures at the time of booking or before the tour but occasionally some closures are last minute. In this event, our policy is either the guide can substitute entry for Christchurch to another college such as eg New college (also a Hogwarts film site). Alternatively, you may opt to reschedule your tour onto another date or to instead join one of our other tours running the same date such as the Oxford cycle tour of food tour (which cost approximately same)
• REFUNDS POLICY:
• If you opt to book a foreign language tour, this may be possible if you give us adequate advance notice of at least 24 hours. If we cannot offer a tour in a foreign language, then you will be refunded or invited to join the tour in English with any cost difference refunded.
• PLEASE NOTE FOLLOWING DATES WITH KNOWN CLOSURES or REVISED START TIME:
• While very rare, the film sites are private university and college venues, on very rare occasions they may suddenly close to the public without any advance notice!
• Your ticket includes up to £17 in entry fees per person as part of your ticket from 2020 onwards.
• The additional film site we visit called the Divinity School is only visited as & when it may be open since they sometimes close without any notice
• Divinity School closures for graduation dates 2021 includes following dates:Jan 23, Feb 27, March 6, May 8, May 15th of 2021
