We depart from hotels and resorts in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe and Mesa. Your specific hotel may not be in the pick up route on a particular day. If this happens, we will direct you to a different pick up location.
Your day tour starts with hotel pickup in Phoenix, Tempe, or Scottsdale in the morning for the drive north to Grand Canyon National Park.

During the journey, travel to Sedona for pictures of the amazing Red Rocks. Then drive through beautiful Oak Creek Canyon. Explore the Grand Canyon with vista stops for enjoying the views, walking around and taking lots of pictures.

Finally, arrive at the Grand Canyon for a drive through the park, making stops at viewpoints along Desert View East Rim Drive. You'll have the chance to walk around, take photos, and stand on the edge of the Grand Canyon, plus check out El Tovar Hotel and Mary Colter's Hopi House.

When your time at the Grand Canyon is up, start the drive back to Phoenix, stopping on the way for dinner (own expense). Your tour ends with a hotel drop-off.

A Trip full of memories

The van arrived at the appointed time to our resort. Our guide, Eric, did a wonderful job of pointing out interesting sights and vegetation along the way which helped keep the ride interesting. He explained the changes in land forms and climate as well, which we found fascinating. There were ample pit stops along the way to allow us to stretch and use the restrooms. Eric’s knowledge of the Native American cultures and languages was impressive, and he peppered in an appropriate amount of humor to keep us all entertained. Of course, the Grand Canyon did not disappoint, with it’s grandeur and spectacle, and we stopped at several viewpoints to gain the best possible vistas. Along the way back, Eric played relaxing music at a low volume and many of us napped a bit, which was welcome. The trip through Oak Creek Canyon into Sedona was replete with ample photo ops and afforded us a relaxing change of scenery. I felt as though the Sedona part could have been a bit longer. It was a spectacular area, with lots of shopping and dining places. The final leg back to Phoenix was marred by heavier traffic but not to the point of distraction. We were dropped off at our resort after some cheerful banter with Eric all to ourselves, as we were the last drop off . What a grand trip it was!! Worth every penny of the ticket price!!

The pick up was on time at the hotel. The driver, Zane was very courteous and professional. He was super informative and as a native Arizonian, he knows the area very well. Seeing the Grand Canyon was an amazing experience. We had no idea how vast this area is. Zack provided lots of information during the whole trip which made this a great trip. Would have like to spend a little more time in Sedona because there is so much to see there. We are planning additional trips to spend more time in this area of Arizona!

Zane was a great tour guide and was knowledgeable about AZ and the canyon. The views were awesome and I thoroughly enjoyed hiking part of the way down the canyon. Our guide had safety tips and did not lose anyone on the tour. We made plenty of bathroom and rest breaks which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend this tour and experience to others.
