My husband and 2 adult sons attended this cooking class and really enjoyed making pizza and pasta. The instructors were funny and helpful. The location was in the countryside and pretty rustic and quaint. The only disappointment was not seeing the Appian Way. This tour is advertised as being on the Appian Way (something my kids were very interested in seeing) and, although the instructors said the location was near the Appian Way, we never saw it.

It was truly the best and most memorable experience I ever had. All of the chefs made it a fun experience while still being able to teach us a lot!!! I will be going home with a new perspective and will be making pizza AND past homemade thanks to Guiseppi, Mersad and Essiano.

Giuseppe was unavailable during our visit, but his two sous chefs did a wonderful job teaching us the ins and outs of pizza and pasta making. We learned how to make the dough, how to create various pasta shapes, and the best way to cook pizzas. An email was also sent to us after the class with recipes and notes of what we had learned for the day. The chefs were very understanding and helpful with all aspects of cooking from prep to the baking. There was also a cat and dog at the location, so there was entertainment even when you weren't cooking!

Really great atmosphere and a well rounded experience of learning pasta / pizza making. Only would have liked to spend a little bit of time learning how to roll out and cut the pasta and not just shape it. The guys and chefs running it are a lot of fun and the food was amazing!
