Reach the meeting point and get onboard the comfortable motorcoach ready to head to Naples along the 'Highway of the Sun'. 

After passing through the picturesque Roman countryside, you will reach Naples to embark the ferry for the trip to Capri.

Once you get to this marvelous island you will meet your local guide, that will show you the local wonders of this exclusive summer venue.

You will be taken by boat to the amazing Blue Grotto (tidal conditions permitting).

Go ashore in Capri and sit down for a traditional Italian lunch then explore the island at your own pace during an afternoon of free time. Stroll down the narrow alleyways, snap photos of the Mediterranean-style buildings, and visit the local artisan shops. Pause in the plaza to take a break and admire the looming clock tower.

Board the return ferry back to Naples and, then, get back onboard our coach, to return to Rome.

Has to be better ways to enjoy Capri

This is a very long day for you on this trip. You are cattle herded from place to place with very little time for real enjoyment or sight seeing. Best part of trip was getting to ride chair lift to top for view. Not included in tour but we had a 45 minute window of free time so took advantage to get it in. Blue Grotto was neat and it was nice that our travel guide was knowledgeable enough to get us in the line when it was the shortest wait, This is a 10 minute boat ride at best, so waiting in long lines will sour your experience. Here is my recommendation. Isle of Capri is a trip you need to just figure out how to get there and then when you get there decided if you want to shop in the little shops or if you want to rent a boat and go around the island, This is the only way to get to the famous rocks in the water. This will allow you to move at your own pace and not be herded along from point to point, Food was ok for lunch.

Tour was good except we were force to take the boat ride around the Island instead of the Blue Grotto. Did not enjoy lunch. Food was not good.
