We were about 45 minutes early when we arrived at the office to get our tickets. The young lady said we could go ahead, even though early, and get in Colosseum. When we went there, we were told we had to wait. I wish the office had said we would have to wait. The most important... we were supposed to get 4 audio guides (4 of us) and the paperwork, evidently, said we got only 3! Not sure what happened, but we only received 3 audio guides! Not good!

Our experience was terrible! The TICKETSTATION SRL at Piazza d'Aracoeli, 16 was so unprofessional and disorganized! They cancelled our admission on the last minute forcing us to take it another day when we already have a tight schedule. They did not apologize at all for the inconvenience. And when we finally went on the rescheduled day we were directed to pick up the tickets somewhere else. There were no audioguides and no hosted entry. As in was mentioned in the inclusions. DO NOT take this admission from this company they are horrible

Al llegar a comenzar la visita, no había persona que nos guiara, la audioguia era la descarga de una aplicación en nuestro móvil que nos iría contando delante de cada cosa a ver, tirando de los datos de nuestro móvil. Lo único bueno que tuvimos que hacer cola pequeña por llevar la entrada, hubiera sido lo mismo que coger la entrada solo online y nos hubiesemos ahorrado la mitad del importe

Aurions préféré recevoir nos billets par courriel. Malgré le service en français lors de la récupération des billets. L'incompréhension concernant l'accessibilité sur 2 jours du site (1 accès par site: Colisé et Forum-Palatin) et de la durée allouée à la visite du palatin et du forum romain. Nous avions 2 heures avant l’heure de réservation du Colisé et avons manqué de temps pour finir la visite du Palatin. Nous avions compris qu’on pouvait revenir le lendemain pour compléter. En fait, nous aurions pu visiter le Colisé la 1ere journée et le Forum Palatin l’autre.

Très dur pour trouver l endroit pour retirer les billets d'entrée puis reçu par une équipe genfoutisme. On nous a larguer dans le forum romain comme du bétail. Au lieu de nous mettre les points d intérêt sur le téléphone on nous a mis la carte de rome. Dégoûté.
