Fantastic tour. 18 years ago we did one of the short versions of the tour. Over the years while visiting Rome, we felt like we did not get the full Colosseum experience so we booked this tour and it certainly did not disappoint. We toured the underground of the structure which is amazing given the year it was constructed. And then we were escorted to the top. The views of the structure along with the forum from the top are fantastic. Our tour guide was full of information, very professional, especially when other tourists tried to join the group. We highly recommend this tour. It will not disappoint.

There was an issue with original booking and Russ from Carpe Diem did his best to rectify it - got upgraded to the night time underground tour which was amazing and we did Palatine and Roman Forum the next day at a time that was convenient for us with Colin - was so good! Highly recommend!
