Tour Company should arrange tours!!

There were 4 of us- and our driver/ tour guide Luigi met us promptly. All in all we had a great time. If I had to do it again- I’d find a tour company that handled the tour tickets to the Colosseum and Vatican inclusive. We had an issue at the Colosseum with our tour causing us to miss the Vatican (President Putin was there, which compounded the situation). We spoke to other guests whose tour companies handled the tickets, and they switched their itineraries due to Putin’s visit. Those guests were able to see their destinations, as the company was able to acquire tour tickets at the time that they arrived. This company did not handle the tickets for me- I acquired myself. Luigi found a great spot for lunch and stopped at several spots including the Trevi Fountain.
