  • Duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions

  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) will have certain restrictions. Please send an inquiry prior to travel to ask if excess luggage is acceptable. Additional fees will be charged on the day of travel for excess luggage. Baby seats are not available

Our pickup was on time and got us to the airport in good order. Very happy with the service. This differs from the bad experience we had with the transportation service arranged for us through Viator that failed to pick us up from our ship to take us to Rome. Their original confirmation note said they had the right to cancel if they do not have enough riders. They left us stranded at the dock. They sent us an email to tell us, but it was sent too late. We had to take a cab at twice the price. Check the fine print for cancelation policy.

A superb service and great value for money

Our lovely driver was early but told us to take our time. Helped us with our bags and we went directly to the airport. We were very lucky as it was just us in the people carrier and traffic was light. Pulled up right outside the right terminal and again helped us with our bags and a cheerful goodbye.

The shared transportation worked out great. The driver was on-time, professional and pleasant. We arrived to the airport in plenty of time to catch our flight. The shared transportation was about half of the cost of any other transportation we could find. Great service and value

On time but a drive from hell!

When I made this booking I specifically requested a driver who can speak English. Our driver did not introduce himself, nor could he speak any English. Although he was on time he seemed to be in a rush to go somewhere else and drove like a maniac. He nearly drove into the back of another vehicle on the highway, had my wife not alerted him to the fact that he had to stop. He braked so hard that I nearly fell of my seat. He managed to stop in time but a few centimetres from the vehicle in front. At the airport he off-loaded our luggage on the road and sped off again. I know that the Italians drive rather "differently" but this guy was a nightmare.

The instructions on the arrival ticket did not make it very clear how far the transfers desk was from the arrival area where many people were waiting with names on cards. The instructions also said that there would be someone there with our name on a card - there was not! Finally found the desk & everything went smoothly and the driver was very pleaser - 1 other person on there transfer & we were dropped off first. Coming from hotel to airport - I noticed on Saturday afternoon that the pick up was 6am - our flight was not till 11.50am - tried to call the local number but the office closed at 2.30pm that day & not open again till Monday am- sorry but not good enough why give a local number for a weekend break when the office is closed most of the weekend. I emailed to cancel the transfer & on Monday morning when checking out the driver turned up. Happy to use the service but again no proper pick up time on the original booking caused a problem

I originally was told 6am was the pickup time. That was pushed back to 5:30. My flight was at 10:40 so I'm not convinced I needed to get up that early. But this is a very good way to get to the airport. Dependable, quick and easy. I'd do this again.
