Dear Mr. Sudesh I would like to thank you for your feedback. I personally investigated on your booking and to us results that you had a booking for 1 pm and you showed up at 1 20 pm so not 20 min prior but 20 mins later which by contract means you lost your booking cause the colosseum tickets have an entry time. Still the manager accomodated you on the next tour which was a smaller group tour which costs more, without any additional charge or penalty. For what concerns the english spoken by the members of the staff it results that you had Franciscus from California doing your colosseum part of the tour and David from England doing the part of Palatine and Roman forum. So the question is : Are you sure that the review wrote is about our service ? Kind regards Owner
