Although our tickets are pre-booked with Skip the Line access, this may mean a slight delay on entering if capacity has already been reached. We expect that the instances of this will be limited but ask for your patience if you travel on a busy day and are affected by this unavoidable circumstance. In all, it should make for a much nicer experience for all (and longer general access lines!).

We searched all over the area where the tour guide was supposed to meet us. As it became close to the meeting time I called the local number provide for the guide. They did not answer. I then called to reservation number to discuss my issue. They were quick to point out that if you cannot find your guide you will loose you tour money. In my opinion this could be an easy scam ... we make a reservation in another country outside the US, take your money and tour guide doesn't show. I have tried to get a credit refund but like the reservation agent stated ... if you can't locate the guide you lose your money. Never again will I use a service like this. My advise take the tours that are made on your cruise ship.

I am so sorry to hear that you were unable to join your tour, as that is certainly not the experience that we intend for any of our guests. We always do our utmost to avoid exactly this situation, as we know how disappointing it is to miss a much anticipated tour. After booking with us, either directly or through a distributor, each of our guests will receive a confirmation email with clear directions to the meeting point and a request to be there 15 minutes prior to the tour start time. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to be able to refund guests who arrive late to the meeting point or who go to the wrong area, as we have already paid for that guest's entrance tickets and the cost of the guide etc. We do our best to accommodate our guests with a reschedule wherever possible though, as we very much value all of our guests and want to make sure that each one has a fantastic experience with us. If this wasn't possible in your case due to your itinerary or cruise schedule, I can understand how frustrating that must have felt! It was a great tour and our guide, Jaber was very informative and interesting!! He showed us maps of how it would have looked in the past and was truly interested in what he was doing. He also kept checking that we were all present an would wait for us and kept trying to keep us in the shade if possible as it was 30 degrees celcius.

We had a great guide (Titus) who was very knowledgeable and excited to tour us around. The small groups were perfect so everyone could keep up. The earphones that were provided were also super helpful so that you could hear clearly without being directly beside your guide.

We toured early in the morning at 8:30 am so it wasn't too busy and we skipped all lines with zero wait times-even through security. We lucked out and ended up getting a private tour as the other party booked for the small group did not show up. Our guide was very professional and knowledgeable. He encouraged us to ask questions as much as we wanted. Vincenzo was his name. Great guide and memorable tour.
