Great way to see the San Francisco bay area. I used this bus yesterday May 17th and there were no issues with wait times. We waited no more than 10-15 mins for a bus to come by at each stop. Those negative reviews were likely during covid. So don't hesitate to use this method of getting around to see the city and Golden Gate Bridge. You won't regret it.

This is the easiest way to get around the city. You don’t need to worry about parking or driving; you get to know the lay of the land. Although I was a returning visitor, I did one loop to remind myself of what I wanted to see for longer, and hopped off at several stops in the day. I think it is good value.

Loved the commentary, varied locations, golden Gate vista point was stunning and the seals at Pier 39 as well as the claim chowder at Boudin's. Don't forget to visit the Ghiradelli chocolate factory too.

Waiting time 45 to 1 hour.

The problem with Big Bus system was the waiting time. They say the waiting time is around approx 15 minuten between 2 bussen. In reality we had the experience that we had to wait 45 minutes to 1 hour due to the fact the bussen we clustered. See picture. Therefor we had to walk a lot to see the hotspots. Otherwise we didn't had the time to see them. And for 100 dollar was ridiculious.

Best way to see all the city and decide where you want to spend time. Be careful- the. 2 day deluxe ticket MUST BE USED ON CONSECUTIVE DAYS. I didn’t know that but was able to buy extension for $15 to allow us to use it on the weekend. Be careful not to get LAST BUS at any one location unless you are OK ending up at Fisherman’s Wharf. We got stuck there but Uber was only $12 back to Union Square.

Nice way to see some key points attractions

This is an easy way to visit some key point in the bay area in SA . You 3 options for tickets types i went all out with the deluxe ticket i had time in town so why don't take advantage of this. The reason im giving 4 starts is because some of the stop are a little far from the attraction. I believe that the stops need to be rechecked and maybe can improve the locations for the stops.
