We had a wonderful experience cooking in Sorrento. Thelocation was an easy walk from our hotel. Our host was gracious and knowledgeable. We completely enjoyed learning how to make chicken cacciatore with handmade pasta and tiramisu.. and of course a bit of wine! An absolutely lovely evening!

Best experience ever!!

My husband and I had an amazing time and learned some tricks of trade last night. Our food from this point forward will never be the same. Chef Tony was knowledgeable, funny, engaging, and all around amazing. Sous-chef Joseph didn’t skip a beat lending a helping hand and ensuring everything was ready. The finished products were all incredibly delicious. Surprisingly, the dishes were simple to made with simple ingredients. Who would have known? I didn’t want to take a cooking class on vacation. OMG!! I’m sure glad I did. It was the best experience ever. Highly recommended!! Thank you Chef Tony.

Great Evening

One of the best evenings we had in Sorrento was with Antonio and his assistant, Joseph. The recipes were delicious and the team made sure everyone participated. We went as a group of four, there were ten there for the evening meal. We were all around a large table and Antonio made sure we felt like family. If we ran out of wine, another bottle was promptly brought over. I'm not sure if there's a "per person" wine limit- if so I did not notice. Really a wonderful time! Much more fun than going to dinner alone at a restaurant, you can spend an evening making the food, drinking the wine, and meeting friends.

Tony and Joseph made this a memorable night. Although the food was simple...the process was informative and the outcome was delicious. Was one of the highlights of our trip! Designate a “secretary” to take notes...fun was had by all!

Great Time, Great Food

We visited at the very beginning of July, and had a great time! Small class size gave opportunity for more hands on learning experience. Got to write down the recipes to use at home, which I definitely will. Food was amazing and had a great group that made that much more enjoyable! Chef Tony and crew are great!!

Chef Tony was a wonderful teacher. He explained everything, got all of the “students” actively engaged & made this class so much fun. He’s knowledgeable and quite entertaining! We were a party of 6 (3 couples) and we all agree that this evening was one of the highlights of our dream trip to Italy. Grazie mille, Tony!

This was a totally fun evening. Not only was the food amazing, the chef gave us step by step instructions and paper to write them down. We've made the chicken cacciatore and summer sauce several times since we came home. I will definitely do this again on my next trip to Sorrento.

By far the best food we've had in Sorrento! The gnocchi was absolutely fantastic, light and delicious. The eggplant parmigiana had the perfect mix of fresh flavors. Finally the tiramisu with the lightly sweet and just the right amount of coffee flavor was amazing. The hosts were super helpful and very nice, we had a lot of fun cooking all the foods ourselves, including our 10 year old daughter - she had a blast. Highly recommend it, if for nothing else but to have a perfect dinner in Sorrento.
