Decent Attractions

Went up the Tower Eye and visited Sea Life on this ticket. Both were neat, but not overly impressive. Good to visit once...no desire to visit again.

SEA LIFE so-so, WILD LIFE wonderful

SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium did have a really nice penguin excursion--a little boat ride (bring your jacket!) through a refrigerated penguinarium where the king penguins are stars of the show. It was a lot of fun watching them mug for the visitors while the keepers were trying to get them to step on a scale. The penguins alone were worth about half of the admission price, but think hard about whether you really want to spend the other half just to see them. The rest of the aquarium is the sort of stuff you could see anywhere (with the possible exception of rescued dugong Pig). But WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo was worth every penny. They have every Australian animal you can think of, and the animals are very easy to view and photograph. (Only the Tazzie devil was hiding.) Adults who are quiet and well-behaved may get invited behind the scenes for an even closer look. I had an amazing experience with some wallabies which cost me nothing extra. Although (or possibly because) it is small, WILD LIFE gives you a better look at Australia's wild life than the much posher Toranga Zoo across the harbour.

We went to Wild Life Zoo and Sea Life Aquarium with friends and our children. The kids loved it as they got to get up close and see the animals.

Sea life - Tower eye

The end point has been changed (from my last visit in 2005) but before that it was better (silent: just the music and not the history of the tuetle) and it has a wider screen as well. I think there was more shark before that. Tower eye is not good at night and I think it should be closed after darkness. The 3d glasses didn't work!

Two 4 One - a great Value

I chose the two tour option from this tour package. I chose the SeaLife Aquarium and Madame Tussaud’s. I was not disappointed with either choice. I always take pictures and both were excellent in person and on camera. The pictures from Madame looked so real you would have thought I actually took pictures of the real live actor .. in person. Pictures taken in the aquarium of different fish was just as amazing. You should see the pictures of the sting rays. Loved this selection on the tour choice.

The Sydney Sea Life Aquarium is a...

The Sydney Sea Life Aquarium is a fabulous learning experience to encounter Australian sea and wild life for the first-timer. It is definitely worth the time and effort, and this was a good price for the package. But the Aquarium in Manley was a major waste of time I see that it is no longer even offered as a part of this pass. Also, there was no indication on the voucher as to how to actually get to Manly via ferry, which was an extra added expense. But on the bright side, once you arrive in Manley, it is such a cute, quaint little town that you will find decent shopping, dining, and beaches to help you forget about their tiny outdated aquarium. I did not choose Madam Tussauds I'm from the States and don't even visit them at home. The Sydney Tower Eye was a good experience, with great views of Sydney. But there was some hassle when I tried to enter the exhibit. It was my last time using the pass, and when I arrived, they told me that I had already entered the exhibit on an earlier date. It was a little disconcerting, but I assured them that I had never entered the place before, so they honored my voucher. Luckily, they were kind and fair to me, otherwise I would warn others who purchase these multi-event attraction passes to watch out for this. All in all, I feel this pass was a good deal for the money, but I believe Viator should offer more explanations on how best to use these multi-attraction passes, i.e. extra fairs involved to get to the attraction, etc.
